InTravel Mobile App
Mobile App UX
Summary
Mission
IInTravel Group is a proudly First Nations-owned national corporate travel management company. The mission of this project was to explore and design a concept mobile app that would simplify how businesses plan and book travel through a clear, intuitive digital experience.
Contribution
I worked as part of the design team on the concept app, focusing on defining the app structure, user flows, wireframes, and interaction design. My role was centred on shaping a booking experience that reduced friction while supporting complex business travel needs.

Discovery & Understanding the Booking Process
I began by understanding the needs of business travellers and the operational requirements of INTRAVEL Group. The goal was to streamline planning and booking while ensuring the experience aligned with the brand’s values and approach to travel.
Defining the App Structure & User Flows
With the core objectives defined, I designed the information architecture and user flows. The focus was on a clear, step-by-step booking experience that felt natural and easy to follow, even in more complex scenarios.
Wireframes & Exploration
High-level wireframes were used to explore different approaches to the booking journey, allowing for rapid iteration and early alignment before moving into detailed design.
Detailed Design & Interaction
Once the flows were validated, I moved into high-fidelity UI design, refining visual language and interaction patterns. Transitions and animations were used to guide users between steps, reinforcing progress and creating a smooth, cohesive experience.
Outcome
The final concept demonstrated a clear, intuitive approach to business travel booking, translating a complex process into a streamlined mobile experience. The work provided InTravel Group with a strong foundation for future development and validated key interaction patterns for a potential production app.
